Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 190degC.
2. Mix mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Put chicken breasts in a roasting pan and pour the mixture over them.
3. Cook for about 30mins.
Optional:
Chop carrots (into batons) and onions and put them into the roasting dish with the honey and mustard mixture. Make sure they are well-covered with the mixture so they don't dry out.

Serving:
I usually serve it with basmati rice but potatoes go well with it too. Salad works well instead of the carrots and onions too.
